Empowering Women through Microfinance | FINCA-Ayacucho

This video shows through a study made by Silvia Sarapura, the transition to micro-entrepreneurship of Andean peasant women, who were victims of terrorism in the town of Ayacucho, Peru in the late 1990s and early 2000s, thanks to micro-finance companies such as FINCA committed to helping women.

Este video muestra a través de un estudio hecho por Silvia Sarapura, la transición a micro-empresarias de mujeres campesinas de los Andes, azotadas por el terrorismo en la localidad de Ayacucho, Peru a finales de 1990s e inicios del 2000s, gracias a empresas micro-financieras como FINCA comprometidas a ayudar a mujeres.
